Pulse PC

Terms of use.

The short version: use Pulse PC on your own PCs, keep your account to yourself, and changes you make with it are yours to undo. Last updated 16 October 2026.

Your account

Accounts are personal. Use your own email address, keep your password private, and do not share an account between people. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Licenses

A license unlocks Premium features for a fixed period on a set number of PCs: 2 PCs with a 30-day license, 5 PCs with a 1-year license. Licenses do not renew automatically. You can move a license to another PC by removing the old one in your dashboard. Features available for free may change, and the free scan stays free.

Using Pulse PC

Use Pulse PC on PCs you own or are allowed to manage. Do not try to bypass licensing, attack the account service, or use Window Link to view or control a PC without its owner’s permission.

Changes to your PC

Pulse PC only changes a setting when you click the button for that change. Each change explains what it does first and saves the original values, so you can undo it from Restore history. Windows may also ask for administrator permission. Pulse PC never turns off security protections or Windows Update. Even so, every PC is different: create a backup of important files before larger changes such as driver updates.

No guarantees

Pulse PC is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and safe, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that a change will improve performance on your PC. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Purchases and refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase, or a license does not work as described, contact us through the contact form and choose “Billing”. We will review it and make it right.

Ending use

You can stop using Pulse PC and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Undo information for changes already made stays on your PC.

Updates to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on What’s new before the change applies.
